VoMeR – or Voluntary Media Rating – is a content rating system for creators of art, film, music, literature, video games, phone apps, web or other forms of new media. It is meant for global use, transcending international borders. It is completely free, open and decentralized. There as no licensing or trademark issues. Rating codes and graphics are public domain.
